Improve usability and product clarity before new user acquisition

Challenge

Touchcon was preparing for new user acquisition, but the product experience was not clear enough for first-time users. The app had real depth — QR-based rewards, a CON asset wallet, staking, and a shop. But those features felt like separate products sitting inside the same app. Users could see what the features were. They could not immediately understand how they connected. The challenge was to clarify Touchcon's product identity before bringing in new users: **What can users earn, where do they manage it, and how do they use it?**

Problem

Users were familiar with reward apps. Touchcon was more than a reward app — and that gap created friction. Gen Z users already understood the idea of earning rewards through simple actions. That part was not the problem. The problem was that Touchcon layered several different mental models into one app: - QR scan as the core earning action - Home screen as a wallet and asset center - Staking as an asset-growth feature - Shop as a spending and redemption space Each function had a clear business purpose, but the product structure did not make the relationships between them obvious. The app risked feeling like a wallet, a reward app, a staking product, and a shop — all at once — without a single coherent flow connecting them.

Solution

Restructured the app around a single behavioral loop: **Earn → Hold → Grow → Spend** Rather than presenting features as separate functions, the experience was reorganized around what users actually do. Users earn CON through QR scanning, hold and manage it in the home/wallet, grow it through staking, and spend it in the shop. One loop. Four clear actions. A product that finally made sense from the first session.
